From the headwaters of the Mississippi River in Itasca State Park then through Bemidji then either following Paul Bunyan Trail to Brainerd or Roads along Mississippi River to Aitkin and Crosby and Brainerd. Through St. Cloud, Twin Cities of Minneapolis / St. Paul and out of state all the way to New Orleans Luisiana. golf of Mexico.
It uses a combination of bicycle trails and roadways.
