The Brainerd Police Department invites children to Trick-or-Treat with McGruff in the garage on the north end of the police department, which is located at 225 East River Rd.
There will be several trick-or-treat stations with glow necklaces, stickers, candy & other fun favors. Trick-or-Treaters will also receive a ticket for a chance to win a prize. Be sure to visit the Brainerd Police Department Facebook page after the event to see who the winners are.
